If You Or Someone You Know Is Experiencing Coronavirus Symptoms

Stay home if you’re experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 (these are listed on the NHS website) or if you’ve recently been in contact with someone who has Covid-19.

We strongly advise guests visiting Millfield Theatre to take a Lateral Flow Test before arriving to ensure safety of others.

All our front of house staff, cast and crew are doing a daily test to help stop the spread.

Arriving At The venue

If you are collecting tickets, please make your way to the box office and our staff will assit you. You may be asked to join a short socially distanced queue before entering.

Our hosts will be able to help you with any questions when you arrive.

Toilets

We’ll have toilets open for our visitors, including accessible toilets. We’ll be there to direct you.

Box office

Box office is open as usual.

There are no cloakrooms so please don't bring any large bags or luggage with you (we'll have no available storage space available). Prams, Wheelchairs and buggies are welcome however.

Refreshments

Our Bar will be open during events but please note we’re only taking card payments.

Following Safety Measures

We want you to feel confident and have the best experience when you visit, so we ask you to please:

· allow a safe distance between staff and other visitors

· use the hand sanitisers around the building

· wearing a mask or face covering is optional

To help with social distancing and allow everyone to move around the Centre with confidence, you may be asked to keep moving if you stop to wait or gather.

Please do everything you can to help keep everyone safe by following these measures. It's possible staff may ask visitors who don't to leave.

What We're Doing to Keep People Safe

As we welcome you back, our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our visitors and staff, so we’ve introduced a number of measures across the building to help everyone remain safe while they’re here.

We’re following the official Working Safety during Covid-19 Government guidance to make sure the whole building is Covid secure

Measures we’ve introduced so far include:

· Clear signage to guide people safely around the Centre

· Hand sanitiser & mask stations at all entrances

· Regular and thorough cleaning of door handles, rails, toilets and other areas

· Taking cards only at box office and bar

We’ll continue to review and manage any risks and to respond to any changes in Government guidance, keeping our staff trained and up to date as we go.
