Ushers are also responsible of picking up litter from the auditorium at the end of every performance. There is a £100 (excluding VAT) cleaning charge if litter is not picked up. You will provide your own sound / lighting technicians (we will only allow qualified technicians aged over 18 to operate our equipment). A venue technician will also need to be hired for the duration of your hire and a £500 deposit paid. Deposits will be refunded if no damage occurs during your hire. If any damage does occur, you will be responsible for the full cost of the repair or replacement. Tickets sold through Millfield Box Office - Please note the final reconciliation will include deductions from net box office split calculations for payment processing charges (3% of Box Office) and PRS (4.2% of Box Office).
