Technical & Front of House Requirements

You will provide your own ushers (includes responsibility of checking tickets, direct patrons to seats, monitor patrons from usher seats). Ushers are also responsible of picking up litter from the auditorium at the end of every performance. There is a £100 (excluding VAT) cleaning charge if litter is not picked up.

You will provide your own sound / lighting technicians (we will only allow qualified technicians aged over 18 to operate our equipment). A venue technician will also need to be hired for the duration of your hire and a £500 deposit paid. Deposits will be refunded if no damage occurs during your hire. If any damage does occur, you will be responsible for the full cost of the repair or replacement.

Venue Ushers - £50 + VAT per usher (based on a 3.5 hour hire)

Venue Sound Operator - £22 + VAT / per hour

Venue Lighting Operator - £22 + VAT / per hour

Venue Stage Crew - £22 + VAT / per hour, per crew

Lighting Designer - £360 + VAT

Sound Designer - £360 + VAT

Hazer - £70 + VAT / per show

Conference AV Package - £150 + VAT / per day (Please ensure all files are on a USB stick and given to the technicians at least 1 hour before the start of the technical rehearsal)

Flat Floor Stage Extension - £500 + VAT

Headset / Radio Lapel Microphones - £50 + VAT / per show

Handheld Microphones - £50 + VAT / per show

Piano - £230 + VAT / per day (includes tuning)

Steel Decks - £20 + VAT / each, per show
